First of all, Adam was on top of things as he managed the repair of my engine and suspension. My dad’s car engine wiring had all been eaten by rats and it was a total disaster! Of course, Allstate Insurance made it a struggle and prolonged the repair process but Adam always got straight to the point and explained both the insurance process and exactly what needed to be repaired. At the end, my dad’s car engine literally looked brand new. Saddleback had to remove the whole engine but man, it looked and drove like a brand new car when the repair was completed.
