Honest and Good people . Adam helped me out and was honest when it. Came to my repairs . He was very thorough and checked everything gave me a complete inspection not a glance over but a complete inspection I greatly appreciate his honesty and I greatly appreciate his hard work and fast work resolving my auto needs for service on my jaguar. I've been a bit over due for writing this review....But Adam has been taking care of my family's vehicles for the past 2 years and the service has been professional, consistent, & thorough. I operate a vehicle graphics company so occasionally our needs are quite niche compared to standard consumers. Whenever we have issues with removing or installing parts on cars, paint issues, or custom fabrication, Saddleback Smog (Adam & Jon) have been essential to answering our questions and providing swift service to remedy our issues. I have been going here for several years, bringing different cars for service/repair, and have always been satisfied and more. I noticed the one negative review (no narrative that I could find) and thought I should "set the record straight", so to speak. These guys are great. They do good work, the prices are reasonable and they stand behind everything they do. Mac (the owner) is the best and Adam (the manager) is cut from the same cloth. They will treat you right, every time. They've worked on everything from my 1996 Dodge Ram 1500, 2001 Lexus IS300, 2005 Jaguar HK8, and 2004 Chevy SSR. They do all of my smog work and anything else I need that is not covered under a MFG warrantee. As soon as the car is out of warrantee, it goes to Mac for all of it's service. They're great at what they do, and I highly recommend this shop.

For years i have been taking my wife's car and mine to Mac for SMOG and any repairs needed. They have always been quick, efficient and agreeably trustworthy.
