Sorry for the late review, but a 5 ⭐ review is never too late. Adam was very clear and really helpful at explaining and making sure I understood what was going on with my car. They made miracles with my alignment, when the dealer was trying to sell me all kinds of things 🤦🏽 he did save me quite a few bucks. I will be coming back to Saddleback for future questions 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

I love how they take care of me from start to finish. I brought my truck in for my 60k service and spark plugs. From start to finish, I was impressed with the customer service and detailed explanation of the recommended services. Adam communicated very well over the phone and in person, listened carefully, and spent time explaining things clearly and answering all my questions. The price for the work was very reasonable and everything was completed on time. I highly recommend and look forward to maintaining my car at Saddleback Automotive in the near future.

I could not endorse or recommend Adam and his team anymore. This is the gold standard if you own a Mercedes and want excellent service. Wonderful pricing, great customer service, description of the work that they will do and follow through. The best!

I had a check engine light on and Saddleback Automotive was able to diagnose the issue and fix my car within two days. I was able to pick up my car on Saturday. They explained the priority of the recommended repairs. Answered all of my concerns. And the estimate matched the invoice which is a plus! They placed the parts order and did the work immediately. Honest, professional, personable, and great to work with. My car is running smoothly and I couldnt be happier! Definitely coming back!!

Through the recommendation of a friend, I brought my car to Saddleback Automotive for service on my truck. I was greeted by Victor and Adam, both very professional and friendly. Adam and his team helped me with my check engine light repairs and able to save me money (compared going to the dealership). They took the time to go over every item in detail and provided a fair estimate. There was no pressure or upselling. They gave an estimate on time frame and were able to finish the services sooner than expected. Its so important to have a mechanic that you can trust, and you can't go wrong with Saddleback.
