With not driving much throughout the Pandemic, I wanted to have my car checked out to see that it was still in good shape. I actually found Saddleback Automotive because they rent out rooftop tents, but while I was there I asked Adam if they could provide an estimate for some work I needed done on my 97 4Runner. I'm glad I did because man, did they deliver. I had recently replaced my steering rack and outer tie rods so I was due for an alignment. I also need to replace my CV axles because both of mine had torn boots so I wanted to get both things done at the same time. I had purchased all the parts to do this because initially I wanted to take care of it myself, but I usually use my friend's garage and didn't want to bother him anymore than I already had. A few other well reviewed shops wanted $500+ just in labor to install the CVs (that I was supplying!) so I was at a standstill. Enter Adam and Saddleback Automotive. They took care of the CV install for me for just 2 hours of labor, the alignment for a very reasonable price and a few oil leak repairs that I knew were there, but was holding off on addressing. All this was done within 2 days and at prices I was happy to pay. Communication was great throughout the process and my truck is running better than ever. I didn't have a go-to shop before, but I definitely do now. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Saddleback Auto to anyone.
