Adam was honest and upfront about what needed to be repaired/fixed and what items could wait. He listened to what my plan was for my car (temporary use) and came up with a recommended plan. Will definitely use him in the future. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Smelled gas when operating our MR2 and it was time for an oil change. Made an appointment and waited for a call to discuss what was needed. Seals around fuel injectors were leaking and needed to be replaced. The vehicle is 35 years old, so I suggested perhaps the fuel injectors should be replaced as well. Adam explained the process and the potential costs. Adam gave me a rough estimate and I authorized a max budget to get all of the work done. If the budget was going to be exceeded, Adam said he would call and discuss any new issues. The work was done on time and under budget. As cars become more complex, we consumers are at greater disadvantages when discussing potential services and repairs. I trust Saddleback Automotive to do the work requested and not to try and upsell or push unnecessary services. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Adam and staff are wonderful, honest, and friendly. I intentionally didn’t tell them I had an issue with a tire, just to see if they found it. They passed the test. Call in ahead of time to book an appointment for regular maintenance and service. It’ll save you time. Will be a return customer, for sure. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Adam is a very stand up guy and I trust him with my 2001 Cobra. Only downside is that they are usually very busy so I will need to schedule an appointment for other jobs that need to be addressed. Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance
