New to the area and was referred to Saddleback by a friend. It was easy to make an appointment, they gave me a breakdown of services + costs (which was fairly priced) without trying to upsell me on unnecessary services, and everyone there was friendly!

Everyone was so great! Adam explained in detail and showed me the problem area in my car. With my wedding quickly approaching, I was in need of working AC for the trip to our venue. (6hr drive to the Sequoias) I called several places around the area to see if they could do an AC conversion (R12 to R134a) on my FJ62, and I either never heard back or they didn't feel comfortable doing the work. Saddleback Automotive was very responsive and has a great team with a wide range of expertise. I dropped my truck off, and they were able to source all the necessary parts and convert the AC system within a day. If you need work done on any vintage Toyota Land Cruisers, they can definitely get the job done well!

Wonderful experience! I called and asked if they could top off my antifreeze and how much would it cost he said come over and I'll do it for free and when I went there I decided to get a oil change. They did a phenomenal job on my S-Class Mercedes they were really nice and accommodating and they topped off my fluids for free while being very friendly. Coffee and water in the lobby, I will go back anytime I need my car serviced...
