We have used Saddleback Automotive for well over a decade, and they still service two of our cars that started out with them. Our oldest is a 2000 Toyota 4Runner with almost 200,000 miles. We have had it serviced there regularly and it's just starting to need new parts. When the check engine light came on I drove in and Adam did a system check immediately. The bad news, it's 24 year old Catalytic converter needed replacing. I debated, asking a relative and Adam, both suggested to go ahead and we did. The cost was far less than anticipated and I look forward to more years with our all purpose 4Runner.

New to the area and was referred to Saddleback by a friend. It was easy to make an appointment, they gave me a breakdown of services + costs (which was fairly priced) without trying to upsell me on unnecessary services, and everyone there was friendly!
