Although it is “appointment only”, Adam saw that I had to leave my car running and was truly stressed about my situation. Our 2006 Ford Explorer has been running perfectly and then I noticed a squeeling noise from the engine. I brought it right into Saddleback, where it's been serviced for years. They said it was the old Serpentine belt and changed it. I looked up the life expectancy of that belt and google said 50,000-100,000 miles. The Explorer had around 100,000 miles so it was just in time. Quickly and reasonable done.
