Adam at Saddleback Automotive is absolutely amazing! He's always so kind and helpful. I'm always impressed with the quality of the service I get from Adam and the rest of the employees at Saddleback. I've been coming here for several years. I had moved farther away but my car's EPC light was coming on and I had taken it somewhere else earlier in the year and they just filled in with oil and said it was fine. A few months later the light came on again so I took it back to Saddleback and they did a full diagnosis and made several recommendations. They are responsive and provide great service and advice. They were so helpful and understanding, and I 100% recommend them.

My family has gone to Adam at Saddleback for years and have had nothing but good things to say about them so I took them my 2019 Sprinter to get the brakes done and they did the inspection very quick and were very informative on what I needed. I also asked Adam to refer me to an auto shop that could do my alarm and he was more than helpful for that too. Overall great experience with nothing bad to say. I will definitely be taking my vehicles to them from now on.
