Wonderful experience! I called and asked if they could top off my antifreeze and how much would it cost he said come over and I'll do it for free and when I went there I decided to get a oil change. They did a phenomenal job on my S-Class Mercedes they were really nice and accommodating and they topped off my fluids for free while being very friendly. Coffee and water in the lobby, I will go back anytime I need my car serviced...

After Saddleback fixing my husbands truck, my car was next.This shop is Awesome, they found the problem, fixed it within 3 days. Thank You Adam (owner) and Daniel for your customer service. I've been coming here for several years. I had moved farther away but my car's EPC light was coming on and I had taken it somewhere else earlier in the year and they just filled in with oil and said it was fine. A few months later the light came on again so I took it back to Saddleback and they did a full diagnosis and made several recommendations. They are responsive and provide great service and advice. They were so helpful and understanding, and I 100% recommend them.
