My Vehicle had an issue that other garages would not attempt to fix. Both Adam and Victor explained the process and fixed the issue without delay. The vehicle was repaired and returned as promised. No surprises, just honest service . Highly recommend Saddleback !

I had been calling around for a good reputable place to bring my car in for break repair. I spoke to Adam, he had the best prices and due to needing service ASAP he was able to fit me in right away. Adam made sure I was well informed and upfront as to what work needed to be done throughout the process. Besides the great customer service the shop is very clean and organized. Since moving from Los Angeles to Orange County I haven’t been able to find a car shop I trusted. I use to drive to LA whenever I needed any work done on my car, (even if it was far) because I knew I was getting quality work at a fair price. Well when my Subaru Outback died I didn’t really have that option. I took my car into Saddleback Automotive as it had multiple issues that needed immediate attention. All the lights on my drivers side were out, my ac (that I just fixed at another shop in Los Angeles a few months earlier) wasn’t working, and then my battery died. I had it towed and Adam and his team really took great care of me. I thought the light issue was electrical but it was just burned out bulbs, my ac was actually working but my radiator was cracked and leaking, and my battery was just really old. What I thought was going to be super expensive ended up being the exact opposite and I think I just found my new car shop. I trust these guys and my car is up and running again and I am just really happy .

Been using Adam at Saddleback for about a year now. We ran into several places that tried to take advantage of an already bad situation. Adam and his staff were honest and very reasonable. I was already in deep and he didnt try to sell me on more than i needed. Honesty and integrity are something very hard to find in the automotive repair industry. I've owned a buisness in the OC for almost thirty years and I can't recommended Adam and Saddleback enough. Top shelf all the way. Now its the only place we take our vechicles.
