Our 2006 Ford Explorer has been running perfectly and then I noticed a squeeling noise from the engine. I brought it right into Saddleback, where it's been serviced for years. They said it was the old Serpentine belt and changed it. I looked up the life expectancy of that belt and google said 50,000-100,000 miles. The Explorer had around 100,000 miles so it was just in time. Quickly and reasonable done.

The crew at Saddleback is very knowledgeable and is very straightforward. They really know a lot about German cars and I recommend them to anyone who asks.

I’ve been coming to Saddleback for years now, I really appreciate how honest Adam and the team is with my car. They always get me in and out in proper time. I mostly do just oil changes and regular auto care but even when I have more concern over something they always make sure they do proper care and inspection with it. They also let me know what is coming up and to look out for, for example next visit I might want to do new brakes because they are getting too low, brake flush, air cabin filters, etc, I really appreciate it because it gives me time to prepare and save up for it so it doesn’t become stressful finding out day of. I highly recommend coming for your next visit!!

Great staff and very knowledgeable. They found an issue that a previous shop caused and was able to get it fixed, all for a fair price.

This place is fantastic. The professional and customer service is outstanding. They will always get our family and friends business because we know they are looking out for our safety without trying to get extra costs.

Each time I have had my car serviced all work has been done well and within the time and cost estimated. They are efficient, affordable and fair and very encouraging to people with not-so-new cars!
