Customer service was excellent, everyone here was very friendly! I love the "by appointment" system. My car knowledge is very limited, my dad use to handle everything car related so I was very worried about being taken advantage of; However, I felt their prices were very fair ( less than I expected for the work done), I didn't feel like they were advising me to do any unnecessary work. I can happily say I found my home for car maintenance & any issues. Thanks for taking care of me guys!

Adam is great, I’ve been going to Saddleback for about 6 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every repair has been completed on time and I have had no issues and I feel like his pricing is fair. Definitely miss Natalie (the office manager) 😢 but still receiving great service.

I’ve driven by this shop thousands of times and finally discovered it as a top-notch, reputable, honest and knowledgeable mechanic. I’ve been bringing my truck to the dealer and kept getting up sold and run around in circles. Finally, after a visit to Saddleback, my truck is driving smoothly and is happy once again. Thank you!

Been using Adam at Saddleback for about a year now. We ran into several places that tried to take of an already bad situation. Saddleback saved us thousands. Now its the only place we take our vechicles. Adam and the entire staff were amazinging from start to finish. First rate service.

Spoke with Adam and he was able to accommodate my urgent request as I lost brakes on my car. He had the parts ordered and the car was ready as promised, will definitely be back to have some other things repaired on my classic car. Highly recommend!

Definitely will be coming back! Thought I smelled burning rubber from my AC so I took my car in. They checked and told me they couldn’t find anything wrong so didn’t charge me for the diagnostic fee. Will trust them to service my car in the future.
