They have always been great to my family and I. Adam and the staff quoted me $700 for something I had been neglecting for a long time. Upon talking with Adam, and him learning how little we drive the car, he was able to cut the price in half, bc all the work a normal car would have needed, wasn’t needed anymore. They have always been honest and up front with me, my wife, my brothers, and friends. I would always recommend them.

Adam and his team at Saddleback Automotive are nothing short of INCREDIBLE. I was referred to him by a friend after I got my 1989 Bronco 2 and I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else. He goes above and beyond to get the job done and is always fair and kind. He’s done everything from replacing the engine to replacing my gas cap and everything in between. I tell everyone to go to him- you won’t regret it!

Needed a new shop to get my car work done and I went to this one per a recommendation that I had. There was some time logistics issue but that was my fault for not calling in to verify. Met up with Andrew who opened up shop and he was very easy to talk to and knew a lot about cars in general. Told them what was going on with my car and they said they'd take a look at it. Met with Adam the owner once he got into the office and again very knowledgeable. I knew my car had coolant problems and sure I could have maybe found the issues myself in the future but they told me what needed to be done and I said let's go ahead and do it. I also sat in the office for most of the day which was nice because they allowed for it and this let me get my work done without having to walk to a coffee shop. My car was finally fixed later in the day and there has been a noticeable difference. One thing to note as well was that my air conditioner was not cooling as much. I told this to Adam and he said that we could try to fix the AC or wait for the rest of the repairs to be done and assess it then. I'm glad I wasn't just told that my AC needed repairs as the coolant problems were the cause of my AC not cooling the car well. The rate for labor is worth the cause and the team stands behind their work. We're definitely going here in the future for any repairs/work on our cars.
